Employer: Clay County Position Title: County Assessor Salary Range: Commensurate with experience Application Deadline: Open until filled This position performs statutory duties of a county assessor. Some examples; Supervise/assess workload and state programs. Provide jurisdictional and county-wide analyses. Supervise local Boards of Equalization as well as 41 jurisdictional Boards of Review. Perform on site appraisals. Calculate/estimate and judge impact of depreciation. Review Building Permits. Maintain required level of continuing education credits.
